Description
Whiting Corporation, a world leader in the manufacture of overhead cranes and transportation lifting equipment, is seeking an Customer Invoicing Coordinator.

Under general direction:
- Processes new customer credit applications.
- Processes customer credit card payment transactions
- Compiles job folders (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, work orders, time sheets, inspection reports).
- Maintains customer files
- Confirms with Branch Managers that jobs are completed timely
- Regularly works with Branch Management teams to confirm pricing to ensure billing accuracy
- Prepares customer invoices for submittal via email, online, fax or mail.
- Daily account collection activities on outstanding receivables through telephonic and written communications; maintains customer log to assist in write-off process.
- Answers inquiries for accounts receivables; follows up as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in related field of study
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develp and maintain good internal and external working relationships
- Detail oriented, with strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of collection practices and procedures
- Flexible, responsive and dependable
